Kangen Water with a pH of 8.5 to 9.5 is suitable for drinking and will produce some of the highest -ORP alkaline water available on the market today. It is recommended to start at 8.5 pH and work your way up to 9.5 slowly. The reason for this is to limit the effects of detoxifying since this water is negatively charged detoxifying water.
